Delivery, pickup or dine-in — which is right for you tonight?

Kalle pache is a dish built around comfort, and the way you get it should feel just as easy. At Shaun the Sheep, our Tehran-style kalle-pache kitchen at 64 Jumeira Street in Jumeirah 1, you can have your bowl three ways: delivered to your door anywhere in Dubai, collected fresh and hot from us, or enjoyed at the table at its very best. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the only real question is which route fits your morning, your mood and your company. Here is an honest guide to all three.

What are the three ways to get our kalle pache?

Every bowl starts the same way in our one kitchen — lamb head and trotters, hand-cleaned and slow-simmered for around 14 hours until the broth turns rich and silky. What changes is how it reaches you:

  • Delivery — we bring it to you across all of Dubai's 141 areas.
  • Pickup — you swing by the Jumeirah 1 kitchen and carry it home yourself.
  • Dine-in — you sit down and eat it the moment it is ladled.

All three begin with the same online order, and for every one of them you choose your parts — plain broth, meat, tongue, cheek, brain, eye, tripe, trotters or the Special Mix — plus your sangak, torshi and doogh.

How does delivery across Dubai work?

Delivery is the easiest choice when you would rather not leave home — an early morning, a slow weekend, or a table full of guests. You order on our website, pick your Dubai area, and drop a map pin so the rider finds your exact door. Payment is quick and secure, online by card. When the rider arrives, they call you, so a hot bowl never sits waiting outside.

The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises — and delivery is free when your order is over AED 300, which is easy to reach with a Full or Khan platter for the table. Not hungry yet? You can schedule your order for a future time, so a fresh breakfast can be timed to land exactly when you wake. For the full picture, see our guide to kalle pache delivery in Dubai.

Is pickup from our Jumeirah 1 kitchen worth it?

Pickup is the sweet spot between speed and freshness. You order online, we prepare it, and you collect it straight from the kitchen — no delivery fee, and no waiting for a rider. It is ideal if you live or work near Jumeirah 1, or if you are already out and about and want to carry a warm bowl home. Because you are collecting it yourself, the broth spends less time in transit, so it reaches your table almost as fresh as sitting with us. If you do not plan to eat right away, our notes on how to store and reheat kalle pache will keep it tasting right.

What makes dine-in the freshest way?

Nothing beats a bowl the moment it leaves the pot. Dine-in means the broth is at its hottest, the sangak is torn warm, and the torshi and doogh are right there beside you. It is the traditional way — unhurried, a little ceremonial, best shared. Because we are open around the clock, dine-in works for a pre-dawn breakfast after a long night just as well as a lazy weekend brunch. Bringing a group? A Double, Full or Khan platter turns the table into a proper feast — and you can reserve a table ahead so your seats are ready.

So, which should you choose?

If comfort at home wins, order delivery and let the rider come to you. If you are nearby and want it fast and fresh, choose pickup. If you have time to sit and share, dine-in gives you kalle pache at its absolute best. Not sure how much to get for your table?
